Gitlab offers too many options/features we don't need (CI/CD, Kubernetes, Promotheus etc ....). This is why I was looking for a more lightweight Git repo I was previously using BonoboGit on Windows which a very basic Git repo but good enough for our need. As the webhook is not possible, I am looking to replace it. I think we will stay on GitLab CE - everything is working and I can't spend my time to evaluate all the possible software, I have to pick one and use it.

@atripp There was no errors, I had variables in the template and I re apply the template because I made some modifications on the Pipeline. I did not anticiped that the reload of the tempalte removed the new value of the variables. It would be nice to be able to check when you reload a Tempalte what you want to update (Variables, Pipeline etc ....). And I did not find if it is possible to re-apply a template to a Group of applications

Hello John I upgrade to version 6.2.5b8. The sync is working. I get all the servers, and roles, BUT I have seen a weird behaviour I had 3 env defined in Otter INTEGRATION DEVELOPPEMENT PRODUCTION and only two were sync in Buildmaster. DEVELOPPEMENT PRODUCTION The servers assigned to the missing environnement in Otter were assigned to the "none" environment. In OTTER, I assigned INTEGRATION as child of DEVELOPPEMENT, ran a sync and INTEGRATION appears in Buildmaster as child of DEVELOPPEMENT I removed the link to DEVELOPPEMENT, ran a new sync. Strange isn't it ? But now, every seems to works fine until the next bug Thanks Best regards PhilippeC.

The Execution Dispatcher (Admin > Manage Service) doesn't start immediately after service restart; this causes the same symptoms you're seeing now. You can manually trigger it on that page, or just wait. It's a known issue, and just a (temporary) workaround to problem where executions start in the middle of agent upgrades. We've addressed it in Otter, but it's a bit complex to do in BuildMaster pre-6.2.

Hello Alana I agree. I know that one server should be assign to a single Environment. I already use Role for the Applications (One Role = One Application), but I cannot have 1 or more server per environment as our dev team and test team like to have plenty of environment so I need to consolidate multiple environment to one server. I am already using BuildMaster (with many Pipeline Stage) to deploy to a single server the environment I want. It was a request to improve Otter which already good to make my work more simple.
