Proget Windows upgrade 5.2.8 -> 5.8.20

running into an issue where when i run the exe for 5.8.20 it appears to install successfully and come out with a prompt saying This product installation is managed by the Inedo Hub.. once i open the Inedo Hub, it shows me the old version of the software and launch and errors buttons. The various services are running. Not sure what else to do to upgrade.
