Proget set up page not available after installed

Hi Proget team,
I was facing a difficulty after installing proget on our server. I installed proget under existing database, and checked the proget database was created; using integrated web server, after install finished, I was waiting till proget server started; click on Run Proget button, it was trying to go to localhost:81, then the page showed "Webpage was not available".
I am wondering if I missed anything or do I need any further setting?
Please advise.

Make sure that the service has started; if it's not, then investigate the windows error log to see if anything in there occur when you attempt to start it.
Make sure there are no firewalls, or other tools are preventing access from that port being accessed.
