I have twice installed The Otter 'Management' component on two different VM's and twice i have had to revert to a snapshot of the image due to the installer not invoking, i.e. not uninstalling

it prompts for "do you want to delete data in the DB" and then nothing - this is via Add/remove progs

even when running the uninstall routine from the Otter directory - nothing

please advise

i try to download the agent and get this?

It's possible it's blocked by firewall, policy, etc.

i have the same issue

its pretty risible the troubleshooting for winrm on Otter - i cannot find a shred of detail on what to do troubleshoot

more needs to be done for me to consider this as a viable config managment offering

i am not able to get Otter to work over winrm either

it just does not work

enter-pssession and invoke-command do work as the logged in user on remote servers

please advise

i do not want to use the agent as i have issues with your uninstaller for the management server!
