Installing 3.5.8 on Server 2008 R2

I am trying to install 3.5.8 onto a Windows Server 2008 R2 machine. Currently when I reach the licence selection screen the only option that I can select when I reach the Edition screen is Enter License Key, the Free and 45 day trial enterprise editions are disabled. What am I doing wrong?
Also the manual installation notes reference a zip file ProGet-DbChangeScripts.zip which contains the script to genenrate the database. I cannot locate this file in the download. Where should I be looking?

Hi Simon,
If those buttons aren't lighting up, then the machine doesn't have internet access and can't request a key. Just go to my.inedo.com and request one instead, then enter it in.
You don't need to manually install, but FYI that zip file would be in the manual installation package.
