Global Workflow Delete Causes Error

I am having an issue trying to delete a global workflow and getting an error (below). By the error I am guessing it is in use. Is it possible to have the Global workflow UI include the list applications that are using it similar to how the global deployment includes the app list?

We've fixed the delete issue for the next maintenance release (v4.4.5), and we'll look into adding something to show the applications that consume the workflow - not sure if that will make that version or not.
