BuildMaster installation issue

When installation BuildMaster, I get an error in the installation log that reads:
Installing Service...
Service install failed with exit code -532459699What does this mean?

This is typically a sign that the account used to install BuildMaster does not have the necessary privileges to create a Windows service.
