Proget is not responding frequently

Proget sometimes isn't accessible and its' services should be restarted frequently.
I don't find any logs that can help identify what the problem is. I searched on the Diagnostic Center, however, there is any information for the time when the service is stuck. Only restarting the windows services (Proget Service + Proget Web Server) helps.
Server os: Windows server 2016 Standard.
The CPU and memory is totally fine during those problemsIs there anything I can check to identify what may cause Proget be stuck?

If the service is crashing, then please check the Windows Event Logs; the most likely cause is loss of DB connectivity. So, make sure to set your Service to Auto-recover. For bad database connectivity, that's the best solution.

The service is still running when it happens..
And I dont see any errors about DB connectivity on event logs.
