Automated way to use IIS instead of integrated web server

I was just wondering if there was an automated way to go from using the integrated web server in Proget to using IIS?
For example, if I have an update for proget, and I disable the integrated web server, and then apply the update (when something newer than 5.0.7 comes out), will the installer recognize that I don't have a webserver assigned/created and create it using IIS?.
Or some other automated way without having to manually create the IIS AppPool and Website?

You can uninstall, then reinstall.
If you follow KB#1013, and make sure to keep the application pool and websites names as specified, then the installer will detect them next time and upgrade as needed.
