Config.ini

Hi,

I was just wondering if Buildmaster can manage *.ini config files (that aren't XML) in the same manner as a standard XML formatted *.config file?

For example, the config file is already in key /value pairs:

[Application Settings]
environment=Production
path=\\server\share

etc...

and i want to modify those values for each environment with different instances.

Yes, definitely; BuildMaster supports any type of file, such as Java .properties as well. You could set up with a simple replacement syntax, or just have a separate .ini instance file for each environment.
