Set Release Notes to pull from Resolve Issue Tracker Items

I get the following error when trying to use the "Set Release Notes" deployment task to send release notes to our Nuget repository when setting the From selection to "Resolved Issue Tracker Items" or "Both". It works OK when set to "Application Release Notes", but that doesn't send any of our Issue Tracking information to ProGet. This worked fine on BuildMaster version 4.8.6 using the TFS 2012 extension. I am now using BuildMaster version 4.9.7 and the new TFS extension.
