i am not able to get Otter to work over winrm either
it just does not work
enter-pssession and invoke-command do work as the logged in user on remote servers
please advise
i do not want to use the agent as i have issues with your uninstaller for the management server!

There was a regression for the PowerShell agents that was introduced in the previous version of Otter, and not caught until recently, that has been fixed in the release we just did.
