License for test environment

Hi,
This may have already been answered in https://inedo.com/support/questions/800, but as that question was made several years ago, I would like to confirm that we can activate our prod license on a test instance of ProGet (cloned from our production instance) in order to test updates, without affecting our production instance.

I'm not sure why that response says that (I believe it was written when ProGet was still in Beta), but it is in fact inaccurate.
The rules for closed testing or DR instances is that a separate license is required as per the licensing agreement: https://inedo.com/proget/license-agreement
