Private Feed + Public Feed?

I want to create both a Public-access feed (meaning anyone can view/download packages, but NOT push), and a Private (Nuget) feed (meaning only authenticated users can view/push). How would I do this? I don't see any documentation for this.
Can this be done using the free version of ProGet, or is that restricted to Enterprise?

Feed-scoped privileges require a ProGet Enterprise license.

hey,
i just did this on my own install by creating a new feed and adding a deny for the anonymous user for the private feed.

Getting fed up of having to scroll through the same posts each visit?
