Problem activating trial license

Hi,
While trying to activate trial license, I get a freeze window showing "Activate BuildMaster", and nothing happen
What can I do?

Can you please try to restart your container and then attempt to activate again? Sometimes I have seen that the key is cached and it does not clear correctly, so a simple restart fixes it.

@rhessinger Stopped and started both containers, with in final the same problem ...

Do you have anything that could be blocking connections to my.inedo.com? I'm curious if there is something preventing the connection that would cause that to hang. Also, if you open up your browser's dev tools, do you see any errors show in the console?

@rhessinger This is an offline activation as our servers cannot reach Internet

@marc-ledent_9164 that page should redirect to the manual license activation page if it can't automatically update after a timeout (usually a few seconds) occurs
If it won't redirect, you can manually type in
/administration/licensing/manual-activation
and handle it that way.

Thanks for following up and letting us know that fixed the issue. We are currently in the process of cleaning up our activation process in the v2022 versions of our products. This issue should be corrected in the next major version of our products.
