Proget software removed but still showing in hub
-
When using the desktop Hub installation, the installation of the sqlExpress server was cancelled installing proget. Then the installation was cancelled but the hub still shows proget as installed. But would not launch as no connection strings. Therefore the c:\program files\proget directory was then deleted and all registry entries that could be found for proget or indeo deleted. However Proget still shows as installed. Is there any way we can force a resinstall of proget or get the hub to realise Proget is not installed?

Hi @adrian-leeming_9656 ,
The Inedo Hub uses the system's local package registry (`C:\ProgramData\upack\installedPackages.json) to determine which packages/programs are installed. The easiest thing to do is just delete that directory.
Here are the full troubleshooting instructions for fixing a broken install:

Brilliant that did it thank you. It would be nice to have a reinstall/repair.
