      Hi,
I'm using the built in authentication mechanism to secure feeds which works fine. I would also like to deny access to the dashboard for anonymous users. Would that be possible?

      Product: ProGet
      Version: 3.5.8

At this time the dashboard is accessible without logging in, so there is no way to do this. Why do you want this behavior? This will help give a better understanding as to how we can come up with a good solution.

We need to expose a number of private (secured) feeds to our customers. Right now anyone can access the public exposed dashboard page which is something we would like to keep behind authentication. This is actually not a big issue except that all feed names are listed in the top menu (which is sensitive information for us).

How about if we just add something like a ViewDashboard Task that can be granted/denied, and you can then deny it to the Anonymous User? Would that be a good solution?

That sound like a good solution!
