Agent - Incorrect keyboard layout

I’m using the BuildMaster agent installer from http://inedo.com/files/buildmaster/agent-installer/4.6.4 . It seems the installer has an incorrect keyboard layout assigned. http:// comes out as httpÑ—when trying to enter the URL of the BuildMaster server. Similar issues when attempting to enter a username that the agent will run as.
Of course I can work around this by typing the text into notepad and then copy/paste into the BuildMaster dialog.

Embarrassing, a Spanish colleague had been on the server and changed all the setting!
