Avira tells me there is an Issue

ProGetSetup3.5.5.exe contains "HEUR/APC (Cloud)".

Obviously a false positive - if Avira allows you to submit files for further inspection I would suggest that.
The last time we had a similar issue with AV is because the installer writes out and run bmdbupdate.exe to update the BuildMaster/ProGet databases.

maybe it would be nice to report it to them too since it is your product that gets blocked!
