Notifiers Failing

I'm having problems getting notifiers to work correctly (at all).
I have a workflow with an approval required to promote from DEV to QA. I've tried setting up an alert for when this occurs & when approval has been granted. In both cases I get the following error reported.
An error occurred while running event listener(ID=3) for event BLDAPR (28/08/2014 15:43:56): The given key was not present in the dictionary.An error occurred while running event listener(ID=2) for event BLDCPP (27/08/2014 13:13:05): The given key was not present in the dictionary.Product: BuildMaster
Version: 4.4.2 -
Can you try updating to v4.4.4 to see if that resolves this issue?

Updated to 4.4.5 & had some success. Some of the notifier seem to work.
Still getting errors though
An error occurred while running event listener(ID=4) for event BLDAPR (08/10/2014 14:01:03): The given key was not present in the dictionary. -
For reference, I have logged this issue as BM-1636, it should likely be included in the v4.4.7 maintenance release.
