Understanding Accepted Debian Repository Formats
-
Hi,
I'm currently setting up Debian feeds in ProGet and am experiencing issues configuring a connector to a Kubernetes utilities repository: https://pkgs.k8s.io/core:/stable:/v1.33/deb/.
I haven't been able to successfully configure the connector and was wondering whether this is due to the repository using a different format from a standard Debian repository.
Is this repository format supported by ProGet, or are there any specific configuration requirements for repositories of this type?
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated, thank you

Hi @amy.j ,
The URL doesn't appear to be a valid Debian repository.
Navigating to the root gives an
AccessDeniederror. In a normal repository, there is usually a kind of file list/system. But that's not required. The root of a Debian repository has a
distsfolder, and then a folder for each contained distro, and aReleaseindex file. I tried to navigate to$ROOT_URL/dists/trixie/Releasebut received the same error message. I also triedstable, but it didn't work. Maybe there's adistthat will work, but I don't know what it would be.Thanks,
Steve
