I have a simple project (MYPROJECT) that fails to deploy apparently because the project template has a blank Description field. Here's the message I get:

      Starting deployment...
      Verifying MYSERVER...
      Executing: C:\ProgramData\chocolatey\bin\cinst.bat MYPROJECT -Version 1.0.0 -Source http://PROGETSERVER:8181/nuget/ProGet%20Deploy
      C:\Windows\system32>cinst.exe 'MYPROJECT' -Version 1.0.0 -Source 'http://PROGETSERVER:8181/nuget/ProGet%20Deploy'
Chocolatey (v0.9.8.27) is installing 'MYPROJECT' and dependencies. By installing you accept the license for 'MYPROJECT' and each dependency you are installing.
      Description is required.
Command 'install' failed (sometimes this indicates a partial failure). Additional info/packages: MYPROJECT

When I go back and give the project a Description, it works fine.

The expected behaviors would be either:

      1. to allow the project to deploy without a Description, or
      2. to make Description a required field to ensure it is set on all projects.

      Product: ProGet
      Version: 3.1.0

Looks like Chocolatey now requires the description field to have a value, whereas pre-v0.9.8 it did not require one. We've updated the editor for v3.1.1 to require a description, though this will not impact existing data, so you'd still have to edit existing descriptions so that they have a value.
