SCM trigger build (SVN)

I have setup the SCM Trigger builds on top of SVN. but it's not working. if i gave some wrong path in 'Monitor Path' then it is giving me the error. but if path is correct then nothing happened after changing the svn code. any idea?

If you go to the service logs page, Admin > Service, you can monitor the service output and see what the "ScmExecuter" is doing - it will periodically report that it's checking scheduled builds - this may give a clue as to what the issue is.
