ProGet DropPath for Debian packages not working after update from 2022.4 to 2023.7

I have Debian feed with DropPath set, when I place deb file it never gets imported after update to v2023.7. If I try to import same file via web UI it works.
This happens for every file I try, in the attached screenshot I used file downloaded from http://ftp.de.debian.org/debian/pool/main/m/mc/mc_4.8.29-2_amd64.debIt look like this is bug in this version of ProGet.
Does someone also has this problem or knows for a workaround?

This is a regression in v23 that we have logged as PG-2389. It will be fixed in v2023.8, which is scheduled for release on Friday (June 16).
