Proget does't see my assets anymore (they were there last friday)

Hi, i think i have a possible bug with proget 6.0.12 (Build 4) on linux, users started having problems to install packages today and when i checked the issue i saw that the folder with all the assets is now empty when we check trough the web interface and proget won't find the assets anymore. We checked directly on the linux server and the directories and files are there, i never saw this behavior before is it a bug with this specific version? If i upgrade to the latest version will it fix the issue ? Thank you !
