Promotion variables not set

Using Buildmaster 4.0.7 build 19.
I have declared a Promotion variable for the first environment and set it as "value is required".
But when you next access the variable the "set only on initial promotion" is no longer checked. If you check this and try to save you get an SQL error.
And when you promote the build to the first environment you never get an opportunity to set the variable value.
Can you please investigate this issue.

I've added this as BM-1297,and it should be fixed in the next maintenance release of BuildMaster (4.0.8).
