Every time I create a build, it goes into a Pending status - none of them are getting past 'pending'. They used to work fine.

This is typically a symptom of the BuildMaster Service not running. If you go into "Admin" > "Service" then you'll be able to start it again. When the service starts, it will immediately fail all "Pending" builds, so you'll have to create another one if you want it to execute correctly.

You can also control the service using the Services snap-in in Windows. The service name is "BuildMaster Service"(INEDOBMSVC)

If the service is still running, or was restarted and the same pending behavior persists this situation can also indicate that buildmaster's database has run out of disk space.
