Data migration from old PostgreSQL to new SQL server database

I have just updated my Proget instance on Linux/Docker to latest version and changed database to SQL server as per installation tutorial (https://inedo.com/support/documentation/proget/installation/installation-guide/linux-docker)
Obviously the data from old PostgreSQL db didn't migrate itself. How would I perform such a migration so that I retain:- feeds & packages
- nuget api keys (important)
- proget users

As far as Users/Api Keys.. are you using a Built-In user directory only?
