I built a simple extension that exposes a custom file system. I loaded the extension and I see it in the admin ui now. However, if I try to set the location for a particular feed I see the message that Amazon Web Services and azure aren’t available in the free version. I would expect that, but I don’t see an option to set my extension. Is this allowed in the free version?

      Product: ProGet
      Version: 5.1.12

        Hi Josh,

Sorry for the slow response here. Since our AWS and Azure extensions are open source, it would be trivial for someone to just fork and rename them to circumvent the licensing rules, so custom filesystems aren't selectable in the UI of the free edition.

That said, we don't want to discourage custom extensions- I could contact you directly via email if you're interested.

Hi Dean - apologies, other priorities came up and I lost track of this.
I see your point regarding those extensions. I would be interested in getting our custom extension running if possible, so yes if you can contact me directly that would be great
