Upgrading to Linux docker
-
Hi,
We are running proget 4.7.11 as a independent setup.
What would it be to upgrade to the latest version using the linux docker. Is it enought that we point the container to use the same database?

You should be able to just upgrade the container as per normal; When the container starts, it will update the database.

Does this apply also to the file content?
I think we don't use the integrated web server. Is there some config file(s) we should exclude from the migration before firing up the container?

Just to be clear... you can't go from Windows >> Linux, because it's PostgreSQL vs SQL SErver.
But if you're already on Linux edition, you can just upgrade the container; the database files and package stores are already configured to point outside the container.
