Feeds Anonymous Authentication

Hi , before we migrated to Https . The Anonymous users were able to download the packages from the Feeds. But now they are unable to do the same. If we enable Anonymous Authentication in IIS it works but it conversly affects the Users who wants to push the package to the feed.

What errors are they getting?
