NuGet Feed Publish Location
-
When walking through the documentation for setting up a NuGet feed for PowerShell I noticed that the URL's for the PublishLocation and the SourceLocation are different. I'm writing an article on how to set up NuGet feeds in PowerShell and the editor asked me why these are different and I honestly don't know. I'm wondering what the reason is for this difference so I can put it in my article.
Product: ProGet
Version: 5.1.3 -
PublishLocation is where you publish packages to, and SourceLocation is where you download packages from. It's typically the same, but sometimes it isn't.
Please don't forget to mention ProGet in your article as a good private repository ;)

Thanks for the clarification. Unfortunately I can't mention any commercial products because the site this will be published on requires that commercial products be sponsors of the site. Unless Inedo wants to be a sponsor for 4sysops ;-)
