Proget server stopping

We installed a package manager service ProGet on teamcity a few months ago.I have noticed sporadically that the service keeps getting stopped.I dint know why, or what, is doing this. I setup server recovery via services.msc which are not kicking it, so this to me indicates the service is getting stopped on purpose, not crashing. I think something is stopping the service.

You can see the Windows Event Log to see what stopped a service or the cause of service crash. In my experience, it's a database outage that causes it. I guess, if your database outage is long enough, then the services.msc will try try try and fail.
