Not working with GitHub.com
-
Hello,
Since I updated to the last version of ProGet, I'm no longer able to test the connection (via the proxy configuration tester tool) to https://github.com. I don't have any proxy, everything passes directly through the Internet.
On the contrary, gitlab.com or any other website starting with https (on 443 port with SSL/TLS) works. The error I have is "Test failed: The request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel." I thought of a certificate problem, but didn't find how to solve it, if it is this problem.
Thank you so much for your help. :) Have a great day.
Product: ProGet
Version: 5.0.13

GitHub disabled TLS versions < v1.2 so it's probably related to that.

Thanks for the information, Georges.
What can I do to repair my ProGet installation?

This is OS & .NET Framework dependent, does this guide help?

Unfortunately not... :(

Hello,
I created the key in regedit, but it did not help to solve the problem.
In fact, when I test the connection to github.com in the Proxy Configuration, I get a "Test failed: The request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel." error, whereas https://google.com or https://gitlab.com do work.
Thanks for the help. :)
