Drop Paths not working

Hello,
I am setting proget up on a test server and the drop paths are not working. I am on version 4.8.2. Any help would be appreciated.
Product: BuildMaster
Version: 6.0.2 -
There are three things that will cause this:
- Service not running
- Service doesn't have full control over drop path
- packages in drop path are invalid
You can check the message center and see if errors are occurring.
