System.ObjectDisposedException: Cannot access a disposed object

I have hosted a web api deployment application in BuildMAster which creates App Pool and Application in IIS of a web server. It work as expected but last day deployment failed with below error:
Could not clean temporary directory on <Server NAme>: System.ObjectDisposedException: Cannot access a disposed object.
Object name: 'SharedMemoryMessenger'.When i redeoloyed after some time, it ran successfully without any error. I checked the event log and everything seems to be running fine on server. MAy i know reason behind this strange behavior and how we can avoid deployment failures due to this reason in future?
