Disallow overwriting packages with same id + version

Is it possible to configure a NuGet feed in Proget such that it disallows overwriting packages with the same version and id, as per NuGet.org?
We have started using Proget recently and need to ensure SemVer versioning is followed when publishing packages.

Yes, create a custom task from the Users & Groups > Customize Tasks page that has the Overwrite Packages subtask, and then restrict it at the system level.
