Otter: Creating Orchestration Jobs gives 500 error

Any time I try to create and Orchestration Job the pop up window gives a 500 error. Details below. This happens any time the pop up is called, so either from the plans page or the jobs page. Is this just something on my end?

This is a known bug in Otter 1.7.0 (OT-171). It will be fixed in Otter 1.7.1.
