SQL Server permissions needed for service account

What are the SQL Server permissions that are required in order for this application to run? I am trying to install the product but I did not see anything in the documentation about what they needed to be.

The user that connects to SQL Server needs to be granted the BuildMasterUser_Role; this role is created as part of the database creation. No additional roles or access is needed.
