Unable to upgrade ProGet from 4.2.1 to 4.3.0

Using the ProGetSetup4.3.0_SQLExpress.exe, I can't upgrade an existing ProGet 4.2.1 install to 4.3.0.
It stops with the following error message:
Could not find Extensions.ExtensionsPath in ProGet database.
Product: ProGet
Version: 4.2.1 -
Did you by chance download the installer over the weekend? We noticed an incompatibility in the installer when upgrading from certain versions that could cause this, and replaced the download yesterday morning. I'd try downloading again.
FYI- you don't need the full _SQLExpress installer if you're just doing an upgrade, you can grab the much smaller one from the all versions page.
