.NET 4.6.1 and ProGet installer crashs

Hi guy,

On our system is .NET 4.6.1 installed and on this system we get the problem
on testsystems without 4.6.1 the installer don't crash.you have a solution that we get it work with 4.6.1?

In this case, the error message means that the user runnin the installer does not have permission/access to read the configured ProGet database (this is an upgrade).
