Cannot activate license



  • I have installed ProGet behind a firewall. Due to the firewall configuration that particular machine does not have internet access. I would like to manually activate the license, but no matter what page I go to in admin settings, I only get a page saying that the license needs to be activated. Because of this, I can't get my machine's UID.

    Version: 4.0.9



  • There should be an activate button on the Licensing and Activation page that you are redirected to, which will attempt to auto-activate, then present you with the manual activation page that includes the machine UID.



  • Unfortunately, I can't see any activation button. This is what my licensing screen looks like:

    When I click on the change link, I only have a box to enter a new license and save it. I never get a prompt to manually activate it.



  • I was able to get this working. I had to change the license key to something else and save it, then change it back to the proper key and save it again. Once I did that, it asked me to manually validate.
