      Hello
I am using the free version of ProGet (1.1.2) in a disconnected environment (on a VM). Once a while, usually after restart of the VM, ProGet detects that the license is not valid anymore and I have to manually reactivate it. This is really annoying. Please help.

        Hi David,

        Is the Machine UID Changing?

To generate this UID, we use two pieces of information: the network card's MAC address(es) and the processor's serial number(s).

When the Machine UID changes, the activation code is no longer active.

Yes, it is. It is a virtual machine and I have no control on the MAC and CPU ID. Can something be done?

What type of virtualization are you using? EC2, Azure, etc?

This hasn't been an issue with othe rinstallations, as this information is static and configurable in the virtualization host.

I talked with our IT HUG and he changes the MAC address setting from dynamic to static. I hope this will solve the problem. Thank you.
