Getting Unable to find package error

Hi,
After upgrading to ProGet 4.0.8, we are unable to install few packages. These packages are available in file system(ProGet server) and database. I am unable to see these missing packages in dashboard also. While trying to install, we are getting error like below:Unable to find package 'AT.nunit.framework'.
Can anyone help me in this.
