Updating Proget Server from version 3.7.6(Build 2) to version 4.0.8(Build 1)

I had Proget Server version 3.7.6(Build 2) already set in place.
After Upgrading Proget Server from version 3.7.6(Build 2) to version 4.0.8(Build 1) and even after restoring the old DB,we are not able to see feeds or any other dlls they were being pushed to Proget before.
Current Version -4.0.8(Build 1)

There weren't any major, systematic changes that would have caused this to occur. Most likely ,the service isn't running, etc... I would roll back to the old version, then try to do the upgrade again.
