Permission issues

Ever since we upgraded to 4.7.3.11 we have had difficulty with user permissions. We have a user who has effective permissions to promote a build to our test environment, however they are not able to perform the deployment. Screen shots showing the access can be provided.

This could be a bug, or a configuration issue, or maybe even both... but we can definitely help you to resolve this. The Q&A may be challenging for this particular issue, so please submit a ticket so we can better work together on solving this!
