I'm having trouble using paket, specifically I can't get the paket-bootstrap.exe to work with our ProGet server to download paket.exe. Looking at the source code I can see it is trying to get a version list using url like
http://nuget/package-versions/paketwhich is returning 404. Is this expected to work in ProGet? Is there another API that can be used?Product: ProGet

That particular endpoint is not listed in the metadata for the NuGet API (https://www.nuget.org/api/v2/$metadata) so it is not implemented in ProGet. We may be able to add that at some point, but the best bet for paket would be to query the versions using the standard Packages endpoint, i.e.:
/Packages()?$filter=Id eq 'packageName'&$select=Version
