Unable to download pdb files

Hi,
We have included .pdb files along with .dll in NuGet package. After upgrading to ProGet 3.8.1, we were unable to download the NuGet package correctly(i mean with .dll & .pdb). Instead, we are getting only .dll.
Somehow the latest version of ProGet is filtering .pdb files.Can some one tell me how to bypass this filter. I should be able to download NuGet package with .dll & .pdb while using "Nuget.exe install" command.
Let me know if you need more info on this.

There is a feed option, "Strip Symbols from Package". if you disable that, then they will not be stripped on download.
