Download Packages using connector

I have created new feed and added a connector (which is feed from another Proget resource). I do not see a download all package (which pulls packages to proget) option next to connector.
This option is available in 3.1.7 (Build3)

This is no longer a supported feature. Very few customers used it, and it caused a lot of headaches when it was used.
We may consider adding it back; in the meantime, you can write a script to retrieve packages from a connector, and copy them to the drop folder.
