Visual Studio ProGet 400 Error

I'm able to push the package to ProGet.
I'm not albo to access packages feed from visual studio.
Error in visual studio:
[proget] The V2 feed at 'http://192.168.xxx.xxx:11111/upack/packages/Search()?$filter=IsLatestVersion&searchTerm=''&targetFramework='net452'&includePrerelease=false&$skip=0&$top=26' returned an unexpected status code '400 Bad Request'.
Endpoint in ProGet
I checked this https://inedo.com/support/tutorials/proget/getting-started-with-nuget-feeds-in-proget-and-visual-studio but it does not seem to work at all..
any hints?

Based on the URL -- you must have created a Universal Packages feed. You'll need to create a NuGet feed.
